Challenge
Coding agents assume huge cloud models. Small local models stall on big, multi-step work, and the big ones come with a bill.
Design move
Modai plans, splits and checks the work, handing each small model a task it can handle, so big jobs run free on your own machine.

Flavo

A mobile-first web app that plans meals nutrition-first: every recipe is picked to balance the whole household's day.

Challenge
Families want to eat well, but tracking protein, fibre and iron for every person, on top of everyone's tastes, is a spreadsheet nobody keeps.
Design move
Nutrition leads: Flavo tracks each member's daily targets, then suggests the meal that closes today's gaps and still suits everyone's tastes.

SaaS platform · AI

Ondu

Collect details and documents from customers fast. AI checks every upload, so vendors verify without opening a file and customers reuse both everywhere.

Challenge
Reviewers open every upload to check it's the right document with the right name and address, and customers re-upload the same files for every application.
Design move
AI reads each upload, confirms the document type and matches the name and address against the application, so reviewers approve at a glance.

Mobile app + web platform

Sportie

Book pickup games at local arenas from your phone. Arenas get a website to manage bookings and take payments.

Challenge
Players hunt through group chats to find a game, while arenas juggle bookings in spreadsheets and chase payments after the final whistle.
Design move
Two products, one system: players join an open game in two taps, and arenas run their courts from a dashboard that collects payment upfront.
